If you’re interested in a career in journalism our free, hands-on workshops will give you a glimpse into the industry and our award-winning NCTJ training.
Whether you’re just starting out or thinking of a career change, our practical sessions are suitable for those looking to get into news, sport, online or broadcast journalism.
At the news journalism workshops our editors will get you tackling a breaking news exercise followed by a look at the day’s papers and we’ll provide you with individual feedback on your stories.
Our practical sports journalism workshops are delivered alongside Sportsbeat – the UK’s leading sports news agency – and involve covering live action and press conferences.
You’ll also get to meet our journalists, editors and training team who will answer your questions and provide careers advice. If you’re interested, sign up below or email training@newsassociates.co.uk
