Journalism.co.uk have produced ten handy pointers for getting on in 2009.

In deference to the changing nature of our industry there is a lot of talk about Twitter, RSS feeds and search engine friendly journalism.

The NCTJ newswriting examination is slowly changing to reflect the more multimedia nature of the newsroom in which we now work.
