Hats off to Press Gazette for discovering this trainee reporter's blog about his work placement on the newsdesk of London’s Evening Standard.

Alex Pough, an NCTJ graduate from Harlow College, has a nice turn of phrase but as Press Gazette points out: “We admire his chutzpah but fear his placement may not extend into week four…”
